Scott E. Ledesma, is the Visionary for Generation Contracting & Emergency Services, a certified restoration company located in Poway, Ca. Scott’s great passion is bringing order to restoring your home, or business, back to its original state. Before devoting his work fulltime to Generation Contracting and Emergency Services, Scott served in the United States Marine Corps for 6 years.
Since 1998 Scott has worked in every facet of the company, acquiring many of the certifications required by the restoration industry, as well as providing expert witness testimony when necessary. Scott can seamlessly shift gears to help lead through chaos while managing his employees to success. Insurance repair requires coordination with the homeowners, insurance companies, property managers, sub-contractors, and building inspectors to ultimately complete restoration of a home, apartment building, office, or restaurant.
Scott was born and raised in San Diego and is married to his wife Sheila. He is joined at Generation by his younger brother Steven, as Sale Manager, and their younger sister Leanne as The Integrator. Generation Contracting & Emergency Services is a family-owned business, started by his mother in 1992. In his spare time, Scott enjoys playing softball and spending weekends playing with his grandkids and enjoys going camping with his family.

Steven Ledesma serves as the Vice President and Sales Manager for Generation Contracting & Emergency Services, a certified restoration company based in Poway, California. Steven brings a deep passion for helping families restore their homes and finds great fulfillment in working alongside his siblings to uphold the family legacy.
Steven joined Generation Contracting & Emergency Services in February 2001, starting as a mitigation technician. Through dedication and hard work, he advanced to the role of Project Manager, and later transitioned to writing repair estimates to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. Today, he leads the sales team, bringing over two decades of industry experience to the role.
A San Diego native, Steven is proud to work in the city where he was born and raised. Before joining Generation, he gained valuable experience at Qualcomm. He is part of a family-owned business founded by his mother in 1994 and is joined by his older brother Scott, who serves as General Manager and CEO, and his younger sister Leanne, the company’s CFO.
Steven is a devoted husband to his wife, Andrina, and a proud father of two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his family.
Steven is guided by his faith in the Lord and his unwavering commitment to honesty, hard work, and doing what is right. His mission is to support others in need and to make a positive impact on the lives of those he serves.
Leanne Eaton, our Chief Financial Officer, understands that experiencing property damage can be one of the most challenging and stressful times in our customers’ lives. She is passionate about creating a company where all departments work harmoniously to deliver a seamless and supportive experience for every customer.
Leanne joined Generation in 1996 and holds an MBA in Strategic Management. With her expertise, she ensures that all teams collaborate effectively to restore peace of mind and build trust – one customer at a time.
Outside of work, Leanne treasures time with her family and her love for playing and coaching soccer. She began coaching youth soccer in 2021 and fell in love with it. Providing a safe and enjoyable environment for kids to develop life and soccer skills is deeply fulfilling for her. She believes that great coaching helps nurture good humans with growth mindsets, benefiting our communities and society as a whole.
Leanne’s work and personal life are both driven by the belief that collaboration, support, and growth can transform challenges into opportunities.

Brian began his career at Generation Contracting & Emergency Services as a mitigation technician and was promoted to Mitigation Manager, where he now oversees water and mold remediation projects, ensuring efficient, effective, and safe resolutions for both residential and commercial properties.
Brian is a dedicated and versatile professional with a background in biochemical engineering and a strong passion for problem-solving. Certified by the IICRC in water and mold remediation, he brings a detailed, technical approach to every project. Brian’s career spans multiple industries, including quality control at Heineken Brewery, consulting for gas stations, hands-on renovations, and extensive experience in mitigation work.
Growing up in the small town of Tecate, Brian developed a strong work ethic that drives him to continuously strive for excellence.
Outside of work, he enjoys reading books and comics, exercising, and has a deep appreciation for cars. Whether tackling complex challenges or handling everyday tasks, Brian brings a unique blend of technical expertise, creativity, and hard work to everything he does.
