Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related degree + 3 years’ experience preferred or 7 years of relevant experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a remote employee (i.e. different job sites) preferred;
• Must have valid Lead Certification and the following valid IICRC certifications: Fire & Smoke and Water and/or willing to obtain within one year of employment or as agreed on by GCES
• Must be certified at Xactimate Level 1, 2, and 3 or willing to obtain within one year of employment
• Must have the ability to be respirator fit and wear a respirator if needed
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work professionally with senior executives and clients, think and work independently, be proactive, handle confidential information and work effectively and efficiently;
• Exceptional knowledge of Excel and Word;
• Superior writing and editing ability;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
